Brewery Tour & Wine Tasting

Fredericton is positioning itself as the NB brewing hub, and with 13 breweries it’s well on its way. At each brewery you will meet brewers and owners working tirelessly to bring good beer to the people. Lunch is provided by Chesspiece Patisserie, a beautiful French-style bakery in Fredericton. You will love your gourmet picnic lunch with sandwich, snack, and sweet treat. 

Now that you've tried the beer, join in for a 1.5 hour NB wine and cheese tasting at the James Joyce Pub - Crowne Plaza Lord Beaverbrook. The wine industry in NB is producing some surprising wines, including our soon-to-be-famous blueberry wines. With 18 wineries to choose from, a full range of grape and fruit wines is available. You’ll hear the stories behind two families building this industry from the ground up.

NB Wine and Cheese
Enjoy a guided wine tasting of 4 wines coming from two established wineries. This is served with a delicious selection of cheese and charcuterie prepared by the James Joyce Pub.

All prices are per person and include transportation where required, guide fees, tasting fees, lunch, as much history, brewing and winemaking info as you can handle. Itineraries and tasting menus subject to change. Not included in fee: tax (15%) and gratuity.
