Due to Covid-19 Physical distancing restrictions we are only taking reservations for tastings after June 1, 2020. An alternative is joining a virtual tasting, or schedule a Private Virtual Group Tasting. Contact us for more details.
Host a tasting, we bring everything to you!
Uncorked Tastings are a great way to have NB's wines come to you! More of a craft beer person? We do that too! You'll have a tour of the province without leaving the comfort of your living room. Your Guide will share the stories of the people and places creating the fine wine, beer or spirits you are sampling. You supply the venue and we supply everything else: the beverages, glasses, ice, bucket, tasting cards, and Guide.
There is a minimum requirement of 8 people. Special packages are available for large groups (30+).
How does it work?
Step 1 - Choose your date and your tasting Tastings are a great way to see what's gong on in NB's wine, beer, and spirits industries. Choose a wine tasting, craft beer tasting, or "mix-it-up" tasting. With 15 wineries, over 40 breweries, and 6 distilleries, there are lots of options. Let us know what you're interested in, or trust in us to choose new and uniquely NB beverages for you to sample. Includes drinks, glasses, ice, bucket, tasting card, and a souvenir gift for participants.
Step 2 - Add local cheese Over 50 cheeses are being produced in NB, from classic cheddar, to gouda, feta, goat, blue, and everything in between. We source most of our cheese through Mulders Meats in Fredericton, and occasionally something extra special makes an appearance. Your cheese tasting will include 6 NB cheeses to enjoy with your wine or beer tasting.
Step 3 - Make it extra special by upgrading to 'The Queen's Picnic' We all want a taste of living like royalty, and this tasting will not disappoint. We will bring out specialty NB wines, including traditional method sparkling wines, and limited release edition beer. In addition to a presentation of local cheese, you will have a selection of delicious NB caviar (yes, caviar!), charcuterie, condiments, chocolates, and the list continues. The food is served on shared platters and guests are encouraged to explore their own pairings throughout the tasting.
