 Light drizzle turned to a heavy rain a few times on us this past weekend at Quilts in the Vineyard at Gillis of Belleisle Winery in Springfield, NB, but it didn't dampen the spirits of those in attendance who came prepared with umbrellas and rain coats. Over 100 quilts were hung in the vineyard and winery for visitors to admire and purchase. After seeing the amazing designs, I've decided to sign up for a drop-in quilting class at Town&Country Quilts in Rothesay held on Monday and Wednesday evenings.  For all those who didn't make it out to the winery, here are some photos from the weekend. This is an annual event, with planning already underway for next summer. We definitely hope to see more brave blueberry stompers next time around! Uncorked Tours' next event is this Saturday, September 7.
