Winegarden Wine Festival, Sunday, August 12

Winegarden Estate Winery & Distillery is New Brunswick's oldest winery and distillery. They have been producing wines and spirits in Baie Verte, NB since 1991. For the last 18 years, Winegarden has hosted a community festival filled with wine, spirits, music, food, and an artisan and produce market.

This year, Uncorked is offering a guided tour to the Winegarden Wine Fest with pickups in Saint John, Sussex, Moncton and Shediac!

We'll begin pickups at 10am, and will arrive at the winery by 1:15pm. Your ticket includes admission to the festival as well as 5 drink tickets and a souvenir tasting glass. Additional drink tickets and food will be available at the winery for purchase - the bratwurst is especially good.

You'll have 3.5 hours to explore the winery, sample the products, take in a wagon ride of the vineyard, enjoy live music in the barn and visit the market before our return trip.

Winegarden produces over 70 different products include grape, fruit, and sparkling wines, eau-de-vie, spirits and liqueurs. They have a huge shop and selection for purchase at the winery store. A couple of our favourites are l'Acadie Blanc, 25th Anniversary TM Sparkling, Rubina (a dry blueberry wine), and their sweet Maple wine.
